3. User Obligations and Representations

Client Project IP: Specific intellectual property rights for web assets, designs, or custom code created for clients under a signed contract will transfer to the client upon full payment of all contract fees, subject to any proprietary agency frameworks or licensed third-party libraries incorporated into the deliverables.

5. Billing and Payments

For contracted digital agency services, payment terms are defined in individual project Statements of Work:

  • Project Deposits: Custom web design and development projects typically require an initial deposit before work commences.
  • Milestone Payments: Remaining project fees are invoiced based on completed milestones or a monthly timeline as agreed.
  • Recurring Subscriptions: Website maintenance and marketing (SEO/PPC) retainer plans are billed monthly in advance.
  • Late Fees: We reserve the right to suspend development services, remove staging pages, or pause campaigns if invoices remain unpaid past their designated due dates.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the website and services is at your own risk. The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Neither the Company nor any person associated with the Company makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the website.
